Exclusive Freebie Project! Random Acts Of Christmas Kindness by Tracy Moreau

Laura Rucker freebie projects inspiration

Designed by Tracy Moreau www.tracymoreau.net

Every Year I paint a hundred or so  Pins, and gift them away to total strangers. Whomever I feel, is in need of a little Christmas Spirit.  I began Posting the Free Pattern Sheets, like this one,  on Social Media, to share with Other painters and crafters, in the hope that they would, in turn, practice a  Random Act of Christmas Kindness. I was NOT disappointed!

So this Is Your Challenge for this year…Make a few or make hundreds… share them with anyone that you believe could use a little kindness this holiday season.

Merry Christmas!! Tracy Moreau www.tracymoreau.net

The Rules: Sadly we need them.... though they are pretty simple.

  1. Please do NOT make copies of and SELL this pattern.
  2. Please do not SELL the pins you create from it (unless for charity)

Then shade the edges of the tag and around the image with a float of Plantation Pine.

Base the ginger with two coats of Raw Sienna, The eye with Lamp Black, and the mouth with Country Red. Let it dry well.

Shade the Gingers face with multiple floats of thinned Asphaltum. True the icing with the White dimensional paint. Sprinkle it liberally with Glitter while wet. Dry brush a little blush onto the cheeks with Country Red.

Highlight the eye with a small float of Thinned warm White then add a final highlight with a dot of Titanium White.

Outline the details of the face and head with the Black gel Pen. Glue the Small red Pom pom onto the face. Spatter the tags with Thinned Warm White , let it dry then cut out and adhere the Happy Holidays tag with Glitter Decoupage. Glue the bow and bell over the hole in the tag. Let it dry.

Add a pin back to the back of the pin and write the year on the back of the pin, and the note: PAY IT FORWARD.
